Mr. MR. Yaqoob Habib, Chief Executive of the Company, has more than 26 years of experience in capital market. Mr. Yaqoob obtained the membership of Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) in 1998 and has been actively involved in the development of capital market of Pakistan.

Mr. Yaqoob has served as Director of Karachi Stock Exchange in 2012 and was a member of arbitration committee of Karachi Stock Exchange from 2010-2015. He has gotten an expansive acquaintance in quality research. His areas of expertise range from Economy to each recorded sector of Pakistan Stock Exchange.

Mr. Yasir Yaqoob is a Director of Y.H. Securities (Private) Limited. With wide range of experience and exposure in equity markets, has done his bachelor's from UCTI Malaysia.

He has an extensive understanding of all sectors listed in Pakistan Stock Exchange ranging from economy, energy, power, chemicals, textiles and telecoms. Mr Yasir tends to bring change for betterment of clients and build a trustable relationship with them by providing them high standard services from his experience in the field of investment advising and equity research.

Mr. Hassan Yaqoob is a Director of Y .H. Securities (Pvt.) Limited. He has done his MBA from Karachi School of Business and Leadership. He has practical experience in the field of investment advising and equity research. While Hassan's essential region of mastery ranges from economy, steel, fertilizer, gas utilities to every recorded sector of Pakistan Stock Exchange. He has worked for various Mutual Funds and Investment Banks namely United Bank LImited, Askari Investment Management Limited, Al Meezan Investment Management Limited

Haris Yaqoob serves as the Company Secretary and Head of Marketing at YH Securities (Private) Limited. He is a graduate of the University of Sussex, United Kingdom, with a degree in Business and Management, majoring in Marketing.
